Introduction
I logged into YouTube yesterday and found YouTube Studio. Was it always there? What is YouTube Studio? YouTube Studio is a new way to view your video data and analytics. It's the same as your channel dashboard. You can see your traffic, revenue, and what's trending right now. All the options are on one side of the screen with big icons. I love this new look. Everything is laid out; it's easy to navigate and feels very clean.
New Design
The new design of YouTube Studio makes everything easier to find and less cluttered. It also has a more modern design, which is always lovely.
The new YouTube Studio is a welcome update to the platform, which has helped change how we consume content online.
The first thing you'll notice when logging in is how much easier it is to find the information you need. Each section of YouTube Studio—Home, Trending, Subscriptions, and Library—has its tab at the top of your screen that takes up only as much space as necessary (you can still access all four tabs by clicking on them). This means you don't have to scroll through endless pages to get where you want; everything is located within easy reach.
The new design also uses color coding: each video is given a unique hue based on what category it falls into (e.g., live broadcasts will have an orange overlay). While this might seem like an insignificant change at first glance, it makes it easier for users without disabilities who need additional help distinguishing between videos because they don't have enough contrast between them otherwise (like myself!). YouTube Studio is a great new way to view your video data and analytics. The new YouTube Studio is a great way to view your video data and analytics. It's much cleaner and easier to navigate than the old YouTube Analytics, so you can get more done faster.
Conclusion
If you haven't checked out this new feature yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great way to see what your channel is doing and where it can improve. It's also a simple way to manage your videos from one place rather than having multiple tabs open simultaneously. You'll be glad you did.
